How to Purchase a Gift Card
- Select the gift card’s value you would like to purchase.
- Fill in the recipient’s name and email address. If these are left blank, the gift voucher will be automatically sent to the sender (you).
- Fill in the sender’s (your) name and email address.
- Add the gift card to your shopping cart and checkout using one of the payment options available.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email. The recipient will receive the gift card via email instantly.
How to Redeem a Gift Card from an Email
- Look up an email titled “[EEV Fashion] You have received a gift card“
- In that email, scroll down and simply click the “Redeem Your Gift Card” button.
- You will be redirected to this website and the value of the gift card will be automatically applied to your cart.
- Enjoy shopping 🙂
How to Redeem a Gift Card in Cart
- Add all the beautiful items you love to cart.
- Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen and the Cart page will load. Insert your gift card code into the “Coupon Code” field.
- Click on the “Apply Coupon” button.
- Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
How to Redeem a Gift Card at Checkout
- Add all the beautiful items you love to cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the "Details" screen, fill in your personal details, then click "Continue".
- The Coupon field is located at the top of the next screen titled "Address". To reveal it, click the "Enter Coupon" button and type in your gift card code, then click "Apply Coupon" button.
- All done! Your gift card amount has been automatically deducted from your total.
How to Redeem a Gift Card from your account
- Go to eevfashion.com.au/my-account and log into your account. Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected to “My Account” dashboard.
- Click on “Gift Cards”.
- Select the gift card you would like to use and click on “Apply this gift card” on the far right. You can apply multiple gift cards.
- All done. Happy shopping!
Terms & Conditions
All gift cards have an expiry date of 3 years from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards will not be honoured and cannot be extended.
Gift cards can be redeemed only at EEV Fashion online store (www.eevfashion.com.au). Must be redeemed within the validity period.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
There is no limit on the number of transactions per gift card. The gift card cannot be reloaded or topped up.
If the purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
Stolen or misused gift cards cannot be replaced; avoid sharing your gift card codes, log in details, and using shared computers when shopping online.
Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your gift card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly stated in the email you’ve received, on the printable gift card PDF. If you are a registered EEV customer, you can also find your gift card expiry dates in your EEV online account (MY ACCOUNT > GIFT CARDS).
No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
The online gift cards sold through this website are not valid for purchases at our boutique. Should you wish to purchase a physical gift card for our Sanctuary Cove shop, please contact the shop directly on (07) 5577 8287 or call by 35 Quay St, Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast, QLD.
If the purchase value exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
If the purchase value does not exceed the gift card amount, the purchase will be fully covered by your gift card.
The price of your purchase will be taken off your gift card’s balance. You will be able to use the remaining balance for future purchases in our online shop.
It is not possible to transfer the remaining gift card balance to a friend at this time.
Unfortunately, a gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
We are unable to process partial gift card payments at this time.
Please contact us and we will do our best to source the item for you. You are welcome to use a gift card to pay for your backordered item online.
All our digital gift cards are provided in Australian Dollars. Currently, we are unable to accommodate any requests for gift cards of alternative currency.

No, you can redeem your gift card as a guest shopper, too. We encourage our customers to register on our website to take full advantage of our exclusive offers.
Yes, you can apply multiple gift card codes to a single purchase.

There may be several factors at play, causing the gift card to malfunction. Please contact us and we will investigate the issue promptly.
To check your gift card balance, use the form on this page (above) or log in and go to MY ACCOUNT > GIFT CARDS.
The gift card(s) do not appear on your account dashboard if:
- you registered for your EEV online account after the gift card was sent to you;
- the gift card was sent to a different email address than the one you registered for your EEV online account with;
- the gift card has been disabled.
Once you use your gift card for the first time, it will automatically link to your account and appear in “My Account” dashboard. Please make sure you are logged in while making a purchase with the gift card code applied.
